Guidelines in Submitting Manuscript for Publication

* Manuscript is always subject for approval by the Publication Committee
* To help the committee evaluate your manuscript thoroughly please observe the following:
1. Make sure that the manuscript you will submit is final.
2. Submit the hard copy accompanied with file on the CD using MS Word of any version.
3. Typeset in double-space and with margin—1 ½” on the left hand side; 1” top, bottom and right for easy reading and editing purposes.
4. Use font Times New Roman, 12 points size.
5. Include a one page abstract containing book summary, importance of the material, description of target audience and a list of possible market; tieup with any organization or sponsors (partners).
6. Include author’s profile (2-3 paragraphs only) with your photo, black and white; complete mailing address and telephone number.
8. Include also a letter of proposal addressed to the executive director, Mrs. Bezalie B. Uc-Kung.
9. Follow up the evaluation results from the Executive Office two to three (2-3) months after or the executive director will send you a letter informing if the manuscript is approved for publication or not.
* After the manuscript was approved you can communicate with the Editorial Department (Ms. Denia A. Pascua) regarding the next stage—the editing and production processes.
